Services for Families Looking for Child Care
Child Playing Child Care Services Association (CCSA) promotes the affordability, accessibility and quality of child care in our local communities of Durham, Orange and Wake counties through a variety of services.

CCSA helps families find child care by providing information about quality indicators, state regulations, and how to choose care, and by matching families with child care programs that meet their needs. CCSA helps families pay for child care with child care scholarships and information about other forms of financial assistance.

CCSA works to improve the quality of child care that includes technical assistance and training to improve child care environments. CCSA also provides nutrition services such as catered meals and the Child Care Food Program.

Child Care Services Association does not recommend nor endorse any child care program or provider, and offers information to the community without regard to the age, gender, race, color, religion, national origin, affectional orientation or disability of the service provider or the person seeking information.

Funding for Child Care Services Association comes from a variety of sources including the United Way of the Greater Triangle, Smart Start, local, state and federal governments, UNC at Chapel Hill, foundations, corporations and private donations.
