New Policy Alerts!
All active scholarships now require the submission of a tuition/book reimbursement form (Form B) along with receipts, account summaries, and/or registration statements each semester. Failure to submit these items could result in recipients being invoiced for the full amount of charges on the college bill. Final deadlines are 1 week from the date we receive a college bill.
For tax purposes, we now retain copies of W-9s for all applicants, recipients, and their sponsoring employer. For any new applicants, both copies of the W-9 are necessary for the application to be complete. Please see the check list on the back of each application for additional required documentation. The security of confidential information is extremely important and will not be shared with outside sources.
