Director of Operations
Bill Housel joined CCSA in 2019 as the Director of Operations. He brings with him 30 years of experience in facilities management and general construction with various companies. He is responsible for managing all facility-related operations on a day-to-day basis. This includes maintenance, safety and security of all locations, as well as lease negotiations and lease management and risk management, which includes organization insurance coverage. Before joining CCSA, Bill worked in the telecom industry and for the New York State Thruway Authority.
