Director of Human Resources
Teresa has worked for Child Care Services Association since 1993. She began her career at CCSA as the office manager/executive assistant and was later elevated to the position of Special Assistant to the President. Teresa has just accepted a position as Director of Human Resources at CCSA. During her tenure at CCSA, Teresa has served in many capacities. She was the administrative coordinator for the NC Early Education Coalition, manager of the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® Alliance for the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® National Center, and communications manager for the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® National Center. Teresa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, a Master’s Degree in Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Performance Improvement, and a graduate certificate in Human Resources. Early in her career, Teresa worked in early childhood settings as a lead teacher and assistant director at an early childhood program, and director of a morning out program.
